The MHL is addressing 150 years of Italian immigration, focusing on the history of the Italian community and its establishment in the Lausanne region and across Switzerland. Calling on numerous witnesses, the exhibition will examine the way in which Italian characteristics – including food, music, culture, social life, sports, leisure activities, activism and language – have made their mark on society.
