Here at the Olympic Museum, the aim is simple: to show that moving is good for your everyday health and well-being, while also being easy and fun to incorporate into everyday life. Children aged 4 to 10 are invited to test their balance, flexibility, endurance and coordination through fun activities. These experiences help them understand how simple actions can contribute to a more active and fulfilling lifestyle. The exhibition also suggests ways of incorporating more movement into everyday life, at home and elsewhere.
