Burki signed his final cartoon for the daily paper 24 heures in 2014, at the end of an exceptional 38-year career. He died two years later, following an illness. This exhibition, filling the whole of Espace Arlaud, is a vibrant tribute to his life’s work and four decades of news. It highlights his singular talent for creating a narrative simply by drawing, without any text.
